Completed in 2014, it stands at 38 stories tall and is primarily used as office space. The building gained some notoriety shortly after completion due to its unique concave design, which focused sunlight into a concentrated beam, causing damage to vehicles parked nearby. This issue was later addressed with the installation of sun shading devices.
